A: Simply select the wall fountain of your choice on our website and select “add custom logo” to your order. Once our specialized fountain sales reps receive your order, they will automatically reach out to you via email for your custom logo file. Please note that we do require custom logos to be in Vector File Format, and or we can recreate the logo for you for a small fee.

Q: I want my wall fountain and floor fountain customized with different stone options and may possibly want marble stone, granite, copper trim, and or stainless steel trim. Do you have these options?
A: Yes, we have everything you need when it comes to wall fountains and floor fountains. We have a plethora of options that you can choose from including custom trim finishes, and any stone option of your choice.
Q: Can custom logos be placed on a glass surface and or stone surface?
A: Yes, we can place a custom logo on any wall fountain or floor fountain surface. Wall fountain custom logos can be etched on and or applied via a custom high quality vinyl decal. For our stone surfaces, custom logos are applied via a sand blasted process which ensures longevity for the life of the fountain.
Q: I want an outdoor garden fountain but want to customize the stone option, do you offer these?
A: Yes, we offer high end quality garden fountains where you can select the finish you want. We will custom produce the fountain in the finish of choice and will design it to withstand the elements to beautify your garden or yard year round.
Q: What is your price match guarantee?
A: We will beat the competitors list price by 110% provided that they are selling the identical product inclusive of shipping and zero sales tax (sales tax applies for CA customers).
