When Can I Expect to Receive my Water Fountain?:
All of our wall fountains, floor fountains, and garden fountains are shipped via LTL freight. Our smaller size fountains to include table top fountains, will ship via small parcel and will arrive to your front doorstep. All orders placed on our website will ship out within 2-3 business days and shipping transit will take about two weeks anywhere within the lower 48 United States of America. Please note that custom logo fountains are custom made and will have a 2–4 week production lead time with 2 weeks following for shipping transit depending on the size of the fountain and the custom logo/customizations required. The shipping company will give you a phone call a few days in advance to schedule a window of time and date for delivery. Orders for tabletop water fountains and water fountain accessories will receive tracking via email and or over the phone. For large orders, it is very important to fully inspect the water fountain upon its arrival and notate any and all shipping damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL or commonly known as a “shipping receipt”). Signing for your order at the time of delivery without notating damage means that you confirm that you have received your order in perfect condition. Any claims for damage without proper notations at the time of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

For all orders placed on CustomLogoFountains.com please allow 7-14 business days for shipping transit from the date of order placement. Our CustomLogoFountains.com experts always cut down on shipping lead time by processing orders same day, we assure you that no one else can ship fountains as fast as we can! For large orders such as wall fountains, floor fountains, and or garden fountains - please wait one and half weeks from the date of order placement for the shipping freight company to contact you via phone to schedule a window of time and date for delivery (our shipping freight company will work around your window of availability for your convenience). Please note that custom logo fountains may have a longer lead time and you should consult with your sales representative for the lead time specific to your custom logo fountain order. Small orders such as table top fountains and fountain accessories will receive tracking information via email within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement.
